5 minutes of Moving is Better Than Nothing

We often wake saying I'll workout as soon as I . . . During the pandemic it is hard to take your eyes away from checking the news, only going back and forth to scroll our social media accounts. You do not when your season will start or even if you will be able to play this year. Stay prepared and move as much as you can during these challenging times.


Try doing 10 squats while scrolling and see if that doesn't put you in the mood to do more. Put on your running shoes and see if that doesn't motivate you to take a walk. You'll find those 5 minutes will put your body in a state to move and may prove to be helpful in winning the battle of exercising or not.
